Should you decide to move forward, the next step will be a one hour strategy session with Sara Alter, our founder and CEO. Sara will delve into your business and background to help you develop a strategic plan that aligns with your vision for your  business.

Our initial 15 minute call will cover your business background, goals, and explore the possibility of working together. During this call we’ll ask questions to better understand your needs and explain how our services can support your business.

As you complete your package(s), we recommend next steps to keep your business on the right track. With in-house support in all the areas where you need it most, we are truly here for you, every step of the way.

CONSULTANT KICKOFF CALL

Once you’ve officially signed on to work with The Moment Group (hooray!) you’ll be introduced to your industry specific consultant(s) to schedule a kick-off call. This call will establish clear expectations and clarify the micro and macro goals and objectives.
